Gwenn Leatherman, DNP-PC
Gwenn is the co-founder and Nurse Practitioner behind Novia Wellness, where her vision centers on a more refined, medically guided approach to total well-being. With a deep commitment to personalized care, Gwenn helps patients achieve lasting results through therapies designed to optimize health, vitality, and longevity.
Her clinical foundation began in 2009 after earning her Registered Nurse (RN) degree from Frederick Community College. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Notre Dame of Maryland, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice from Shenandoah University. In 2020, Gwenn earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), further advancing her expertise in evidence-based, patient-centered care.
In addition to her work at Novia Wellness, Gwenn is the owner and operator of Leatherman Healthcare, an adult primary care practice serving the Hagerstown community. Her combined experience across primary care and advanced wellness therapies allows her to take a comprehensive, results-driven approach—helping patients not only feel better, but thrive long term.
Christina Quin, CRNP
Christina Quin is the co-founder of Novia Wellness and a dedicated Nurse Practitioner known for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care. She is deeply committed to creating an experience where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported—while delivering personalized, medically guided solutions that promote lasting wellness and longevity.
Christina began her nursing career at the Community College of Baltimore County, where she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at American Public University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice from Frostburg State University.
With a special passion for supporting women through hormonal transitions, Christina takes a personalized and empowering approach to care—while also helping men restore balance, optimize performance, and improve overall well-being. Her focus is on guiding patients toward informed decisions and sustainable results that enhance both quality of life and long-term health.
In addition to her work at Novia Wellness, Christina also serves as a Nurse Practitioner at Leatherman Healthcare, providing primary care to patients in Hagerstown. Her dual experience in primary care and advanced wellness allows her to deliver a comprehensive, elevated standard of care.
Andrea Trowbridge, CRNP
Andrea is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 21 years of healthcare experience spanning
primary care, nursing leadership, hospice, rehabilitation, quality improvement, and patient
advocacy. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to providing compassionate care
while empowering patients to take an active role in their health and wellness.
Andrea earned her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Grand Canyon University and
completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at South College. In addition to her extensive
nursing background, she is a Certified Aesthetic Injector and has a special interest in wellness-
focused care, including hormone optimization, medical weight management, preventive health,
and healthy aging.
Andrea believes that healthcare should be personalized and focused on helping patients feel their
best at every stage of life. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and creating
treatment plans that support both physical health and overall well-being.
When she is not caring for patients, Andrea enjoys traveling, spending time with kids, and making
memories with her yellow Lab Kyle.
